Refund & Replacement Policy

At RugLab, every rug is handcrafted with care and made only after an order is placed. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy, as outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy
  • All rugs are made to order and are not pre-stocked.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason other than product damage during transit (replacement only, no refund).

Replacement Policy (Damaged Products Only)

We offer replacement only under the following condition:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must share clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product and packaging via email.

  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item.

No replacements will be provided for:

  • Color or design variations inherent to handmade products

  • Change of mind after delivery

Custom Rug Orders & Token Amount
  • For custom-designed rugs, a token/advance amount is required before production begins.

  • This token amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Production starts only after receiving the token amount and final design approval from the customer.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Please note:

  • All rugs are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or shape are natural and are not considered defects.

  • These variations are part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade rugs.

Failure to Fulfill Order


In the unlikely event that we are unable to produce or deliver your rug due to unforeseen circumstances, RugLab will issue a full refund for the amount paid.

Customers will be informed promptly, and the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

Shipping & Delivery
  • We carefully pack all products before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

  • Replacement requests will only be accepted if damage occurred during transit.
